Housemade breakfast - the perfect start to the day!

With us, you have the choice between two breakfast options: Extensive breakfast in the restaurant with a large selection of regional products from the buffet or our ToGo breakfast for those in a hurry, late breakfasters, late risers or breakfast grouches when booking a special offer.

You can enjoy our Forsthaus breakfast buffet at the following times:

Monday - Friday: 06.00 am - 10.00 am
Saturday, Sundays & public holidays: 07.00 am - 10.30 am

You can pick up the pre-ordered ToGo breakfast from the start of our breakfast buffet at reception and take it with you directly.

You will find everything your heart desires at our breakfast buffet in the morning:

Large selection of bread & rolls
Desserts & pastries such as croissants, cakes, yeast plait, pancakes
Selection of hard and soft cheeses
Sausage specialties from the butcher
Vegetables
Jam, honey, nut nougat cream
Salmon
Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelettes and poached eggs
Typical Franconian Nuremberg sausages, crispy bacon and veal sausage for a hearty breakfast
Muesli station with a selection of muesli, cereals and toppings with milk or vegan milk alternatives
Quark and yoghurt selection (also lactose-free) with fruit salad
Pudding
Fresh fruit
Coffee and coffee specialties
Cocoa
Tea
Juice and water
Sparkling wine

We are happy to offer you vegan options on request. Please speak to our service staff! You are also welcome to enjoy a selection of the breakfast in your room. You will find further information in your room.

Breakfast buffet for external guests

Even if you are not staying at our hotel, you can of course enjoy our breakfast. For external guests we charge €24 per person for the breakfast buffet including all drinks and egg dishes. Please call in advance and ask about our capacity so that we can offer you a table!
