General questions
Are there parking facilities at the Hotel Forsthaus Nürnberg-Fürth?
Our hotel offers free parking directly in front of the hotel. You can park under the carports at the hotel for an additional charge. You will receive further information at check-in.
How to get to the hotel?
Many roads lead to the forest! Here you will find directions depending on whether you are traveling by car, train or plane.
Is there an e-charging station at the hotel parking area?
Our hotel offers a charging station with two charging points with 11 kW each at the hotel parking area. We charge a fixed fee of €20 per charging process for charging your car. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space with charging facilities.

When can I check-in and check-out of Hotel Forsthaus Nuremberg-Fuerth?
Check-in is possible from 15.00 hrs. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us, unless your room is ready earlier. We offer early check-in before 1 p.m. subject to availability and for an additional charge. We kindly ask you to check out by 11.00 am on the day of departure, we are happy to offer a late check-out subject to availability and at an additional cost, simply contact us when booking or on site.
I would like to store my luggage before check-in/after check-out. Is this possible?
We are happy to take any load off your shoulders and store your luggage safely with us.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are very welcome as our guests. For 30 euros per day you can book our dog package, which includes everything you need for a perfect stay with your dog as well as additional cleaning. If you would like to take your dog with you for dinner, you are welcome to reserve a table in our Jägerstube. Of course, weather permitting, it is also possible to bring your dog to our sun terrace and our maxgarten beer garden. We would also like to point out that dogs must be kept on a lead in all public areas of the hotel.
Are there any electric charging stations?
Unfortunately, there is currently no e-charging station in the parking lot of our hotel. However, the nearest public charging station is not far away:

I have forgotten something at the hotel, what should I do?
No problem - inform us directly by phone or e-mail and we will search for the missing item! We will then be happy to send you the lost property by post for a fee.
What payment methods can I use to pay at the hotel?
We accept all common payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, EC / giro card, cash payment.
When paying by credit card, please ensure that your debit card is loaded with the corresponding amount.
Payment on account is not possible.
How do I receive an invoice for my stay?
You will receive the invoice for your stay automatically on departure on site or by e-mail. Please let us know the billing address when you make your booking.
I need a different billing address than the one stated on my invoice. What do I need to do?
If you find out after departure that the invoice address is incorrect, please inform us directly via e-mail, stating the invoice number and the correct invoice address. We will then be happy to adjust the invoice accordingly.
Important: This does not apply to bookings made and paid through Expedia or Hotels.com. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to issue invoices for these and you must contact the relevant support team.
Is there a local tax or bed tax?
There is currently no local tax or bed tax. Should a corresponding charge be incurred in the future, we will of course inform you if this is the case for a stay you have booked.
Questions concerning reservations
I have booked and have not received a confirmation! What should I do?
Please check your SPAM folder in your e-mail inbox first. If you have not received the confirmation, please contact us by e-mail.
How do I book if I am traveling with children?
Please enter the full number of people for your stay when making your booking or inquiry. This is the only way to display suitable rooms and see the total price per room. If no suitable rooms are displayed online, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail so that we can check availability.
What are the benefits of booking directly?
We guarantee that you will always book your hotel room at the best price or with the best cancellation conditions via our homepage and when making inquiries. We also provide you with exclusive special offers & packages, the best availability, personal advice, the best occupancy options and customer-friendly cancellation conditions.
Why does the same room have different prices at different times?
The price depends on demand and can therefore sometimes be cheaper and sometimes more expensive. The prices also vary depending on the booking and cancellation conditions.
How can I change my booking?
You can always cancel your reservations using the method you used to make the booking. Changes and cancelations of bookings made by e-mail or telephone must be made in writing. Please feel free to send us an e-mail!
When booking via our website: You can cancel your existing reservation via the link contained in your booking confirmation and then rebook a new period. If you only have change requests regarding the room category or occupancy options, simply reply to the booking confirmation and we will get back to you!
If you have booked via a booking portal, please make changes or cancel directly with this partner.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked or the package selected. You can choose between the Forsthaus Flex with the most flexible conditions and our bargain hunter offers without a free cancellation option. Please note that you must provide us with your credit card details when making the booking. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, we will charge 90% of the total stay.
When do I pay for my stay?
Payment for the booking may vary depending on the booking conditions. Unless otherwise stated, the following general rule applies: Credit card details are requested at the time of booking as a guarantee. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. A credit card authorization (reservation of the total amount on your credit card) is made at check-in. This authorization can be converted into a payment at check-out. Alternatively, you can make a deposit at check-in if you do not have a credit card with you.
I would like to send a parcel to the hotel in advance, what address should I give?

Does the hotel also offer long-term stays?
Yes, we are also happy to offer you our rooms and suites for longer periods. If you are interested, please send us an e-mail.
Are there special conditions for companies?
We also offer attractive conditions for companies. Prices are based on the number of overnight stays. If you are interested, please send us an e-mail so that we can check the possibility of a contract rate and make you a framework offer.
Questions concerning hotel rooms
How are the hotel rooms equipped?
All rooms are modern non-smoking rooms with comfortable queen-size or double beds, flat screen TV, modern bathrooms, desk, free water for refreshment and air conditioning. Further features of the individual room categories can be found here.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning.
Are there accessible rooms?
Yes, we are Travel for All certified and our Comfort rooms on the ground floor are barrier-free.
If you require a room with barrier-free access, please contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can check availability.
Is smoking allowed in the room? Are there smoking rooms?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms! Please go outside the hotel to smoke or, in the case of rooms with a balcony or roof terrace, close the balcony door.
Please note that in the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban, we will charge a final cleaning fee and reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for the room for the following nights.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, you will find a hairdryer in every bathroom.
Will my room be cleaned during my stay?
Your room will be cleaned daily during your stay. To protect the environment, we offer you our Green Option for stays of two nights or more. As a thank you, you will receive a voucher in your room for a free drink at our Maxbar or, in summer, in our beer garden!
Are there allergy-friendly blankets & pillows?
All our blankets and pillows in the rooms are allergy-friendly.
Questions concerning the restaurant
Can I have breakfast with you?
With us, you have the choice between two breakfast options: A hearty breakfast in the restaurant with a large selection of regional products from the buffet or our ToGo breakfast for those in a hurry, late risers, late risers or breakfast grouches. Simply book breakfast directly with your booking. If you decide to have breakfast on site, we charge €24 per person (children on a pro rata basis).
Do I have to reserve a table in the restaurant in advance?
We recommend that you reserve a table in our restaurant in advance, as we only have limited seating capacity. Please contact us so that we can reserve a table for your preferred time.
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
If you would like to bring your dog with you for dinner, you are welcome to reserve a table in our Jägerstube. Of course, weather permitting, it is also possible to bring your dog to our sun terrace and our beer garden maxgarten.
Is it possible to book half board?
You are welcome to book half board on request. Half-board is sometimes included in our packages or there are special offers that already include dinner.
Let us spoil you with a daily 2-course dinner. Our kitchen team will conjure up delicious regional and seasonal dishes for you.

What are the opening hours of the Forst Spa & Fit and does it cost extra to use it?

Use of the Forst Spa & Fit is included in all our room rates.
Can children use the spa area?
Of course, children can use the pool, but please note that the sauna area is a relaxation area and our adjacent sauna is not a textile sauna.
Children must be supervised in Forst Spa & Fit.
Are bathrobes and towels available for the spa area?
You will find bathrobes and towels in your room on arrival.
Do I have to book massages in advance? How do I make an appointment?
Please book massage appointments directly with our masseur in advance.
