With a size of 16 x 12 meters and a water depth of 139 cm, the pool invites you to swim laps or relax at around 28°C. There are plenty of loungers around the pool for you to recharge your batteries and simply unwind. Bathrobes and towels are prepared for you in your room. Changing rooms and lockers can be found in the entrance area of our Forst Spa & Fit.

Our "Forsthaus style" sauna heats you up at 85°. Simply sweat out the stress of everyday life and feel how your muscles, and therefore you too, achieve deep relaxation with every minute.
The copper boiler directly above the sauna heater pampers you with changing aromas and delivers the infusion at the same time. Our sauna can accommodate up to 10 people.
The steam bath has a temperature of 48° and invites you to relax with different aromas. Our steam bath can accommodate up to 8 people. In our sauna & steam bath area you will also find a relaxation area and a water dispenser for refreshment.

On request, we can also switch on the sauna and steam bath earlier for our house guests, please give us 30 minutes' notice. For day spa guests, we switch the sauna and steam bath on earlier for groups of 5 or more.
